App name- EYE PROTECTOR
The app is very great . you can download any eye protector app . Some android phone are available with an unbuilt feature of eye protector mode .

But those who don't have just download the app . OK after installing it in your android just open the app and it will ask you choose the mode color .Here , choose black or brown (or which you are comfortable with)
Then increase or decrease the limit of..
This makes the brightness of you android lowest ...
Now you can only see your private messages .
